Thomas Couch is responsible for sourcing for MidCap Financial’s Asset Based Lending group.
Mr. Couch has over 25 years of experience sourcing, structuring, and executing all types of senior debt facilities to a broad range of healthcare companies in a variety of complex scenarios. Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Mr. Couch was a Director for CapitalSource Healthcare Group. Mr. Couch has also held positions at Merrill Lynch Capital Healthcare Group, and Siemens Financial Services – Healthcare Finance. Mr. Couch has a BS from Florida State University.
