Ray Li works for MidCap Financial’s Treasury team, where he manages more than a dozen CLOs and lending facilities, in addition to his Treasury responsibilities. Mr. Li is a veteran in the Structured Finance industry.
Before joining MidCap Financial in 2016, Mr. Li spent 10 years at KPMG as independent accountant and two years in Wells Fargo as trustee on CLOs and lending facilities. Mr. Li has extensive experience in CLO lifecycle, including closing, cash-flow modeling, effective date procedures, waterfall, monthly report, and redemption. Mr. Li is a team player and uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. In his free time, Mr. Li likes cooking, hiking, and traveling with his family.
