Robert DeLauder leads the IT Infrastructure and Operations team at MidCap Financial and oversees the systems, networks, and the daily IT operations of the company.
Mr. DeLauder has over 20 years of experience in information technology, managing large cross-functional teams and supporting multi-location data-center environments. He had roles in multiple regulated environments, including the banking, credit card data, healthcare, secure DOD, and nonprofit arenas. Prior to MidCap, Mr. DeLauder worked at large institutions such as the AAMC and Walter Reed Hospital, where he served as an enterprise architect and held senior management roles. He holds a BA from The King’s College in New York.
