Rick Gibbs is a Managing Director in the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance group, where he is responsible for underwriting and managing senior debt investments in middle market companies.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Mr. Gibbs began his career at American Capital, a publicly traded alternative asset management firm. Mr. Gibbs holds a BS in finance from the University of Maryland.
