Richard Graham is a Managing Director and Head of Credit Underwriting for MidCap Financial’s Real Estate Lending group.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Mr. Graham was Group Head and Chief Production Officer for Walker & Dunlop’s Healthcare Finance team. Prior to that, Mr. Graham was a Vice President for Merrill Lynch Capital Healthcare Finance and held various investment banking positions with Bear Stearns & Co., SG Cowen Securities, and Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance. Mr. Graham holds an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in economics and environmental sciences with distinction from the University of Virginia, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
