Randy Feldner is MidCap Financial’s Chief Financial Officer, overseeing MidCap Financial’s Accounting and Reporting, Finance, Loan Operations, and Technology groups. In 2009, Mr. Feldner was hired as the Controller and has held various leadership roles in Accounting and Finance throughout his career at MidCap Financial.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Mr. Feldner held a senior accounting and reporting position at Sallie Mae, Inc, and he worked for nine years in public accounting, working first for Arthur Andersen, then Ernst & Young, where he specialized in assurance services in both the financial services and real estate industries. Mr. Feldner holds an BBA in accounting from the University of Richmond.
