Pascale Centola is Senior Counsel supporting the Real Estate Lending group and the Life Sciences & Technology Venture Finance group at MidCap Financial.
Ms. Centola is a seasoned attorney with over 20 years of commercial finance and commercial leasing experience. She previously worked with MidCap Financial’s management team, serving as General Counsel to GE Capital Healthcare Commercial Finance and its predecessor business, Heller Healthcare Finance. Prior to joining MidCap Financial in 2022, Ms. Centola served as Senior Counsel at BECO Management, handling commercial office leasing and financing. She began her legal career in private practice at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and later at Hogan & Hartson, focusing on commercial real estate development, investment and finance.
Ms. Centola holds a BA in Mathematics from Fordham University, and a JD from the University of Virginia.
