Nathan Pratt is a Vice President and has led many of the secured lending portfolio’s workouts and restructurings, while also engaging in the origination and underwriting of new loans in connection with the restructurings. Mr. Pratt has a unique and diverse set of responsibilities managing asset-based, real estate, franchise finance, cash flow, and entertainment finance loans.
Mr. Pratt grew up locally in Bethesda and started his career at MidCap as a high school intern in 2012. He returned in 2015 as a college intern before coming on board full-time in 2016 as a member of MidCap Financials’ Portfolio Management division. Mr. Pratt graduated with a BSBA in Finance and minors in Computer Information Systems and Mathematics from the University of Miami.
