Lauren Hardison is a Vice President in the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance group where she is responsible for sourcing and underwriting senior and junior capital transactions for middle market companies.
Ms. Hardison joined MidCap Financial in 2019 from Morgan Stanley in New York. Ms. Wackerle holds a B.A. in Political Science with Distinction from Yale University and was a four-year member of the Yale Women’s Lacrosse team.
