Kit Tamkin is Director, Entertainment Finance, at MidCap Financial. Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Mr. Tamkin was a Vice President in Comerica Bank’s Entertainment Finance Group.
At Comerica and MidCap Financial, Mr. Tamkin has sourced and underwritten financing and structured credit facilities for independent production companies, major international media conglomerates, live-event organizations, and firms operating in a myriad of entertainment subsectors. Mr. Tamkin holds BAs in History and communications from the University of Southern California and a Master’s degree in economics from Cambridge University. Mr. Tamkin is a member of the California Leadership Council of The Nature Conservancy, Chatham House (Royal Institute of International Affairs), and Cambridge in America.
