Dienna Corrado is Senior Counsel supporting the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance Group at MidCap Financial.
Ms. Corrado is a seasoned finance attorney with over 15 years of experience in leveraged lending and restructurings. Prior to joining MidCap Financial in 2024, Ms. Corrado was a finance associate at several national firms headquartered in New York, where she focused on secured debt financings, workouts and bankruptcy matters.
Ms. Corrado holds an undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Hofstra University, and a JD from St. John’s University School of Law.
