Derek Price is a Director in the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance group and is responsible for underwriting senior and junior capital transactions for middle market companies.
Mr. Price joined MidCap Financial after years at Credit Suisse, KeyBanc, and The Fleming Steel Company. Mr. Price was a Captain, Platoon Leader, & Operations Officer in the United States Army, 25th Infantry Division, in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Hawaii from 2008 to 2012. Mr. Price has a BS in systems engineering from the United States Military Academy and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
