David Sharp is a Managing Director for MidCap Financial and is responsible for sourcing debt financings for MidCap Financial’s Healthcare Real Estate lending products.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial in 2011, Mr. Sharp was a Senior Vice President for the Prime Group Inc., a Chicago-based real estate development and investment company. Prior to the Prime Group, Mr. Sharp was an executive at a private real estate development company in Indianapolis, Indiana, and a Vice President, Senior Loan Originator for Fremont Investment and Loan. Mr. Sharp has over 20 years of real estate investment and banking experience. Mr. Sharp holds a BBA in business administration with emphasis in finance from the University of Iowa.
