David DiPippo is a Vice President in the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance Portfolio Management group, where he is responsible for underwriting and managing senior debt investments in middle market companies.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Mr. DiPippo was Director at Riveron Consulting providing transaction advisory and technical accounting services to his clients. Prior to Riveron Consulting, Mr. DiPippo was Vice President at American Capital, responsible for monitoring a portfolio of investments, preparing pre-investment financial due diligence, providing post-investment consulting/advisory services, and supporting SEC financial reporting. A Non-Practicing Certified Public Accountant, Mr. DiPippo also holds a BBA from Siena College.
