Prior to joining MidCap Financial in January 2022, Ms. Conole was most recently a Vice President in the Leveraged and Sponsor Finance Group at Citizens Financial Group. Ms. Conole held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility during her eight-year tenure at Citizens, after starting with the bank in the Commercial Credit training program in 2013. Ms. Conole holds a BA in economics from Boston College (2013) as well as a Master of Finance from Boston College (2020).
