Brian Frank is a Managing Director within the Franchise Finance business unit that provides senior secured financing solutions to franchisors and their franchisee operators.
Mr. Frank has 30 years of financial services experience with the last 20 years being focused exclusively on the franchising sector. Prior to MidCap, Mr. Frank built and led the Franchise Finance / Branded Retail platforms at Texas Capital Bank and TD Bank, and previously was a key member of GE Capital’s Franchise Finance platform covering franchisors, franchisees, independent operators and private equity firms.
Mr. Frank earned a BS in accounting from Syracuse University and an MBA from NYU, Stern School of Business in Finance and International Business.
He currently resides in Westport, Connecticut with his wife and 3 children.
