Adam Zivitofsky is a Managing Director at MidCap Financial, focusing on the origination of net asset value (NAV) loans.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial in 2024, Mr. Zivitofsky was the Deputy Head of the PE Lending team at UBS, where he originated and executed subscription and NAV loans. Mr. Zivitofsky began his financial services career in 2000 at Constellation Financial Management, a specialty finance firm, which was acquired by Societe Generale in 2003. Mr. Zivitofsky holds a BA in economics from Binghamton University and a Masters in Statistics from NYU’s Stern School of Business. He is also a charterholder of CFA®.
