Adam Solomon is a Director in the Real Estate Group where he leads sourcing efforts for healthcare real estate in the Central US region and commercial real estate in select regions. Adam also leads MidCap Financial’s student housing lending strategy.
Adam joined MidCap in 2015 as an underwriter and transitioned to sourcing in 2019. Prior to MidCap, Adam worked at Ventas Inc. in their asset management group in Chicago as well as at a private hard money lender in Bethesda, MD. Adam graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with double majors in Finance and Entrepreneurship and a minor in Economics.
