Jon Stephenson is a Director in MidCap Financial’s Strategic Accounts group, responsible for asset distribution and external capital markets loan syndications sourcing across product groups.
Mr. Stephenson was previously part of MidCap Financial’s Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance group where he was responsible for sourcing and underwriting senior and junior capital transactions for middle market companies backed by leading private equity firms. Mr. Stephenson has over 10 years of experience in finance and, prior to joining MidCap Financial, held positions in the Leveraged Finance group at CapitalSource and as a consultant at Deloitte. Mr. Stephenson holds a BS in business administration from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond.
