Ross Hartman is a Managing Director in the Life Sciences and Technology Venture Finance group, where he is responsible for sourcing and underwriting senior credit facilities for public and venture-backed life sciences companies. Mr. Hartman has over 15 years of experience in senior credit.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial in 2016, Mr. Hartman was a Senior Director at Oxford Finance where he was responsible for the underwriting and portfolio management of venture debt facilities for life sciences companies. Mr. Hartman began his career as an analyst at MCG Capital, a publicly-traded middle market investment firm. Mr. Hartman holds a BS in finance, summa cum laude, from Virginia Tech.
