Garrett Fletcher has over two decades of experience sourcing and underwriting asset based and structured debt financings for middle market companies.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Mr. Fletcher led asset based underwriting for Merrill Lynch Capital Healthcare Finance. Mr. Fletcher has also worked in various underwriting capacities for GE Capital, Heller Financial, and Healthcare Financial Partners. Mr. Fletcher holds a BA in biology from the University of Virginia.
