Karl Liebenauer is a Managing Director at MidCap Financial, where he is responsible for restructuring and managing distressed investments in the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance portfolio.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial in 2024, Mr. Liebenauer spent a decade engaged in workout and restructuring matters at NXT Capital and Antares Capital. He started his career with roles at UBS Investment Bank and Primus Capital. Mr. Liebenauer holds a BBA from the University of Notre Dame.
