PJ O’Keefe is a Director in the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance Portfolio Management group, where he is responsible for underwriting and managing senior debt investments in middle market companies.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial in 2019, Mr. O’Keeffe was a Senior Associate in KPMG’s Deal Advisory Department where he was involved in the Analysis, Management and Sale of businesses across a range of industries. Mr. O’Keeffe is a qualified ACA, Member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a B.Sc. in Business Studies & Finance from Dublin City University.
